Each ministry is assigned to host at least one Coffee Hour after the 10am service. Check the schedule below for your designated Sunday. We ask that you coordinate within your ministry to find two volunteers to co-host and manage any necessary date swaps among yourselves, but please inform Barbara of any changes. Barbara will email the Ministry Heads a reminder about one month in advance of the assigned Sunday as well as the week of the assigned Sunday. This email will have instructions and list of what to purchase (also linked below). Coffee Hour is an extension of the Eucharistic table and helps us come together in fellowship. We appreciate your support and dedication in making this ministry a warm and welcoming experience for everyone.
