The long-awaited steps project has finally commenced. Thanks to the generosity of the Parish and the skills of local contractors, safe, attractive, and long lasting steps of granite and a walkway of brick pavers will take shape over the summer. But first, the demolition. We honor the sturdy concrete and rebar steps poured on behalf of our ancestors in the late 1950s as the new sanctuary was built. They served long and well.
