The Right Reverend Alan Gates–the 16th bishop of Massachusetts–preached and presided on October 27 as we kicked off our commemoration of 125 years of loving God and neighbor At Christ Church Needham. Parishioners and friends of all ages joined us for one glorious service followed by a light lunch and brief program. Here’s to the next 125 years!

We at Christ Church have gladly accepted the request of the MANNA leadership group at the Cathedral to raise funds to purchase Mylar blankets for the homeless community in Boston. This is the community of people we serve through the Monday Lunch Program at the Cathedral.   The cost of each blanket is only about 80¢, so you can see that a little money goes a long way!  Please consider making a donation. You can write a check to Christ Church, with MANNA blanket drive in the memo line, and drop it in the church office. Or, hand a check to our organizer, Debby Rempis, at coffee hour.  We will be making our donation on November 4, and we thank you for your support
